  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most cities across Pakistan. Availability depends on the courier service in your area.

Delivery Attempts

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number along with photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
